Four tiers.
Pick your altitude.
Tech sales consulting, priced four ways. Apollo MCS at $5K is the gateway. The Sales Program at $20K is the install. Fractional VP at $4K/mo is the operator. The Continuous Retainer at $2K/mo is the lightest layer. All in USD.
Apollo configured by a certified partner. The risk-free entry tier — credits 100% toward the Sales Program if you upgrade within 90 days.
- Apollo account configured for your ICP
- Sending domains + deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

- CRM connection (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Attio)

A $150K VP at the price of a senior SDR. We own the sales process end-to-end — $4K/mo + 10% rev share, so our upside is tied to your revenue, not billable hours.

The questions about money.
If you upgrade from Apollo MCS to the Sales Program within 90 days of starting, the full $5K is credited against the $20K Program fee. So the Program effectively costs $15K if you've already done Apollo MCS. No catches.
Because we structure it as $4K/mo + 10% rev share — our incentive is tied to your results, not billable hours. A full-time VP at this scope (daily standups, owning the forecast, running rep 1:1s) is a $150K+ fixed cost; we keep the retainer low and share the upside instead. The catch is real: we're capped at 5 concurrent retainers.
Yes. The number you see on this page is the number on the contract. Apollo MCS and the Sales Program are fixed-scope, fixed-fee. The two retainer tiers are flat monthly with no setup fees or hidden charges.
No — the client buys their own Apollo.io seat. We configure the account, build the sequences, and run deliverability on top. The same applies to the Sales Program.
Yes. The Retainer is designed as the continuity layer after Apollo MCS, the Sales Program, or a VP engagement winds down. Start it any time. Cancel any time.
Apollo MCS can be split into 2 payments at no surcharge. The Sales Program can be split into 3. The two monthly retainers are billed monthly in advance. Discuss on the Virtual Coffee call.
It rolls month-to-month. Same scope, same price. Cancel any time after the initial 6 months with 30 days' notice. The 6-month minimum exists because rep-level coaching cadence doesn't compound in less time.
Thirty minutes.
No pitch.
Just an honest read
of where you are.
A Virtual Coffee is what it sounds like — half an hour, on a video call, where we look at your sales motion and tell you what we'd build if it were ours. If we're not the fix, we'll say so.
30 minutes, capped.
Respectful of your calendar. We don't run discovery marathons or “follow-up sequences” disguised as relationships.
No follow-up cadence.
Not a fit? You will not hear from us again. No newsletter, no nurture, no “just checking in” email in six weeks.
Honest assessment.
We'll tell you exactly where you are — even if the right answer is “you don't need us yet”. That's the point of the call.
