The ladder
Apollo MCS — $5,000 one-time (the gateway). The Sales Program — $20,000 for 12 weeks (the transformation). Fractional VP of Sales — $4,000/month with a 6-month minimum (the embedded operator). Continuous Retainer — $2,000/month month-to-month (the continuity layer). All USD. Fixed scope where applicable, flat monthly where it isn't.
The Sales Program ($20K · 12 weeks)
12 weeks. We install the full sales motion end-to-end: ICP and segmentation, sequence design, discovery framework, qualification (MEDDIC-style), objection handling, closing technique, manager cadence, CRM hygiene, and a documented playbook. Weekly live group coaching (90 min/week), recorded library for new hires, live call reviews with per-rep feedback. Includes Apollo MCS in scope.
The Fractional VP ($4K/mo · 6-mo min)
Because we'd rather win on volume and word-of-mouth than artificial exclusivity. The price is the marketing. The catch is real — capacity is capped at 5 concurrent retainers, and the waitlist is active. When a seat opens, we fill it.
Money & terms
Apollo MCS: 50% on countersigning, 50% at week 2 (or 2 equal instalments). Sales Program: 3 equal instalments — start, week 4, week 8. Fractional VP: billed monthly in advance, 6-month minimum. Continuous Retainer: billed monthly in advance, no minimum.
Process & delivery
Slack, email, or Teams — whatever channel the team prefers. We reply within 24 business hours: Sunday–Thursday for GCC clients, Monday–Friday for UK/US clients. Quarterly review sessions and program sessions are scheduled in advance.
