Engagement & scope
£8K for the Sales Process Program (3 months), £12K for the GTME Program (90 days), £3K/month for the Fractional VP Retainer. Fixed upfront. No “phase two”, no “discovery extensions”. The scope is in the contract, the price is on the website.
Money & commitment
50% on countersigning, 50% at the start of Phase 2 (week 5 of the engagement). Bank transfer or card via Stripe. Net-15 invoicing for established clients on retainer.
